Customer Care System Security
You must first set your security level lower to view the application.
Add CustomerCareSystem.com to your trusted list. Remove it once you have completed your evaluation.
By doing so it lowers the security level which is required due to the use of a calendar component and activeX controls.Tools | Internet Options... | Security
Click the Sites Button
Make sure to uncheck the Requires server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone
Click the Add Button
Click Close
